Cultural Belongings

Cultural Belongings is a retrospective of the life and work of Belfast poet Gerald Dawe by Ulster University and Boston College.

Years of research have yielded documents and new recordings from around the world. Over 25 new readings appear including Michael D Higgins, and Van Morrison, documents include hand written correspondence with Heaney, Longley, Hewitt and Fiacc.

Cultural Belongings is a touring exhibition, a permanent display at Boston College, a BBC documentary with Doubleband films and this virtual exhibition offering a user-defined, multimedia twist on the poetry experience and all through a device in our pocket.
